The Grand Hyatt is drab & tired. It needs a complete facelift. The beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast is subpar compared to other hotels in Istanbul. Had dinner, it was not good, strange tastes...and I love Turkish food. The place needs to be redone!!!!!

Location is great. liked that it was not in the midst of a tourist area but still convenient to commute to the tourist attractions but the funicular which connects to the train . Easy walk to Taksim square which has a few bus options

Grand Hyatt experience !

It was in most parts absolutely amazing except for the allocation of our room . The room was situated in an area that was almost never to the elevators and the noise of people arriving at different times of the night kept us up at night . We were not successful in changing our room to another one. All other services were excellent! Thank you !
