This is a lovely hotel at a reasonable rate. Great location, helpful desk staff, and wonderful breakfast. The room, bed, and balcony were great. The bathroom was nice and warm. The in room furniture was nice. I also love the terrace.

I read all the wonderful reviews and wonder if we were staying at the same hotel. We found the rooms small which could have been overcome with better design and decor. Although we had a sea view we couldn’t get to the window due to the heavy furniture in front of it. The hotel truly needs an update. My bed smelled like cigarette smoke as did the lobby. The staff in the kitchen were unfriendly and we found the food rather boring after a few days. The location was perfect though. For the money we paid there are better options.

Hotel is really close to the Hagia Sofia. Best unique feature was the terrace on the roof. It was an amazing experience to watch the sunrise over Bosphoros drinking tea on the terrace. Food options are abundant, in a block distance. Compared to the surrounding streets, this one id on a quiet one. Breakfast was good. We stayed two nights, and it was great value for the money.

The room was well appointed and had nice touches like heated floors near the toilet. The beds were very comfortable, the whole hotel was very well maintained and clean. The staff was lovely from the sweet maids to the excellent and attentive front desk attendant. The breakfast room was open all hours for coffee, teas or refilling your water bottle which was nice and convenient. The terrace on the roof has a beautiful view of the water and the ships passing. The area feels super safe, well lit with tons of other boutique hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants with people strolling around at night taking in all the colors, sights and delicious smells. Excellent value for the price!

Buffet breakfast had a good variety of foods and juice. The room and bath were clean and ver comfortable. The hotel was convenient for walking to historic sites and several restaurants are nearby. The only downside is that it is amongst small streets and a bit hard for taxis. Definitely gracious staff.

Great staff - very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious and was very clean. The breakfast was very much a traditional Turkish breakfast. Instead of sloping scrambled eggs and beans in a tin, these were proper eggs with spices, different yogurts and cheeses, local breakfast meats and teas. And, of course, the location is outstanding - just a few minutes walk to Sultanahmet Camii (the Blue Mosque). The hotel also arranged for a cab to take us to the airport for a flat rate of 40 Euros. We ended up paying extra to take the toll road because traffic was so bad, so ended up being 50 Euros total for a 50 minute ride to Istanbul Airport. We would happily stay here again.

We had a fabulous trip and our stay wta Saba Sultan was huge part of it. The front desk staff was very friendly, cordial, and helpful. Gave us some valuable tips and suggestions. Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful, in particular Ismael the evening staffer. Breakfast was good but I wish I had known I could order eggs. The front desk staff was very helpful. Both Yunes and Omer were available to help answer questions about sightseeing and navigation while in Istanbul. They helped with tours and getting transportation to the cruise port. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel is very close to major places of interest like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also a lot of good restaurants nearby.
