This hotel is all about the location. Great options for dining and shopping. Walking distance to many of the attraction’s. Friendly staff. However the rooms are a little bit old. Especially the bathroom. If you are in the budget it can be a good option.

Nice hotel in excellent location a short walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Nice staff, room cleaned daily, comfortable bed, great shower. Hotel has charm. Breakfast is amazing!

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and quaint. The hotel is older and some rooms could use an upgrade. The statues and decoration are beautiful. The staff is excellent. Location is excellent. Really a good price.

Pros: 1. Very convenient location. Walking distance to the main attractions, markets and food places. 2. Good mattress and black out curtains. 3. The owners were nice and let us leave our bags for the whole day, as our flight was after midnight, which was great. Cons: 1. We stayed in a number of Turkish hotels and they all had better breakfast buffet. There was no meat of any kind for 4 days. Very limited hot food. One day it opened with 20 small pieces of börek with cheese and until the last small piece was gone, there were no new pieces added. Most guests came at the opening to avoid running out of choices. Just vegetables, cheese and boiled eggs, bread and jams. Very limited desert options with no traditional Turkish deserts. 2. Very inconvenient as there no serviettes on tables, you had to ask if you need one. 3. We had a very loud machinery noise from behind of bathroom window like big aircon unit was working. It was Impossible to sleep without earplugs. 4. We had to carry our two 20 kg luggage on level 4 as there were no lifts to some room, make sure you ask where your room is if you are not athlete.

I can't say enough good things about the hotel, its staff, the breakfast, the location, and the quaint beauty of the building. It was even better than expected. All the staff went above-and-beyond all the time to ensure our comfort. Truly, the best hotel experience of my life, and I've stayed at many places in my 65 years. The place is nicely located for tourist needs, unfortunately the room AC unit was very old and did not blow any cold air causing it to be very warm. Towels could be upgraded as they are no longer white. Do not have standard bath amenities for hotel, just liquid soap. Breakfast was good and view was good. With so many other hotel options in Istanbul, I would not stay here again.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in!!! Many small and walkable restaurants just slightly off the beaten path. 8 mins to the mosque and the walk is really well used so I’d say SUPER SAFE. The ONLY downside was the AC. At best… the room was still 78-80 degrees. We tried turbo, had the desk look at it, it just stayed… warm but not hot. For reference at home in summer I do 73. If you’re from the south and can sleep in 80 than this hotel is PERFECT!!!! So whatever their AC achieved was considerably higher. Maybe a faulty room but if you aren’t use to very warm rooms… wouldn’t chance it. But the absolute cleanest place and super walkable!!!!

This place is perfectly located in a vibrant, tourist-friendly area, just a short walk from restaurants, attractions, and the bazaar. The rooms are cozy and spotless, and the bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. We arrived at 5 a.m. due to an early flight, and they were incredibly accommodating—offering us a room at a very reasonable rate. Can at the front desk was especially wonderful—professional, approachable, and always welcoming us with a warm smile. If I could give more than five stars, I would! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and comfortable stay in Istanbul.

We stayed 2 nights and were really happy with our choice. Hotel is in an amazingly quiet street, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Square. We had booked a Deluxe Double room for £68 per night including breakfast and were allocated room 105 just above reception which had a king size bed plus twin beds through an alcove so was very spacious - plenty of room for luggage. It was a very bright room despite the windows looking out on other buildings. Very comfortable bed, good shower, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, WiFi and 2 aircon units, plus a complementary bottle of water and a note saying further water would be chargeable. Breakfast was served in the covered section of the lovely roof terrace and offered a good continental selection of cheeses (no meat), salad, fruit, bread and cakes, plus a hot dish each day, eg Meneme eggs one day and a filo pastry the other. In the open air section of the roof terrace there were a number of comfortable soft chairs to relax and enjoy the stunning view out over the Bosphorus. It was a shame that the hotel didn’t have a bar to make better use of this wonderful area, as there was not an option to buy drinks in the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking good English and providing us with directions to a pharmacy when needed and arranging transport back to the airport. Recommend Rainbow restaurant opposite for dinner - great food, friendly staff.

A very charming, small hotel in very close walking distance to many of Istanbul's most famous sights. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. A very good breakfast is included. The staff were incredibly welcoming and all their recommendations for what to see and do, as well as guides and trips we're spot on There is room for some upgrading of some of the fittings and the bed was a not super comfortable but nothing to detract from highly recommending this hotel.
