Electricity went out one night and never got back on. No AC, no charging of phones... Very inconvenient. The staff have me a new room in the hotel next door for the night after.

Overall would not return to the property but did have a relatively pleasant stay PROS: - Great proximity to Karakoy, Galata and Taksim! - Room was clean, bathroom is modern and spacious. Housekeeping is great! - Front desk staff is great - AC worked well - Good value CONS: - The immediate area next to the hotel is residential and can feel a bit dirty (ie there was a dead rat around the corner one morning), you’re also in proximity to a mosque and can hear the Adhan broadcast - Wifi is an open network and very slow - There was no hand soap provided so we had to buy a bar which is more of an inconvenience than anything - The entrance to the hotel building is not locked. We were on an upper floor so still felt secure but on a ground floor room I would not have been comfortable

Odalar genel olarak temizdi, otelin konumu iyi, toplu ulaşıma ve bazı turistik lokasyonlara yakın. Odaların büyüklüğü de gayet yeterliydi. Otelde kaldığımız son iki him elektrikler kesikti, sıcak sular gelmiyordu. Sorunu çözmek için çalıştıklarını söylediler ama hiçbir işe yaramadı ve otel yönetimi alternatif bir çözüm de sunmadı, resmen rezaletti. Telefonumu bile şarj edemediğim, duş alamadığım bir yerde iki gün daha kalmak zorunda kaldım.

Das Hotel war gut und sauber, die Lage war sehr praktisch. Leider gab es kein Namensschild am Gebäude, sodass es schwer zu finden war. Das sollte verbessert werden.

Otel genel olarak yeni ve güzeldi. Oda temizdi. Yatak biraz konforsuzdu ayrıca yerini bulmakta zorlandık. Tabela olmaması kötü. Otelin önünde mahalleliye sormamıza rağmen kimse bilmiyordu.
