We were a group of four. stayed there in a suite. We really loved it. Rashid and Mahmoud from front desk were always helpful. Salma from breakfast area was always checking with you to make sure everything is good. All attractions are in close proximity. I highly recommend this place.

Helpful 24hr reception. Great location only 10 mins aalk to Blue Mosque. Quieg as not on main road. Excellent and anazing room upgrade. Fabulous stay.

The stay at the property was really good. Especially the lady who prepares the breakfast is a gem and is a valuable asset to the hotel. The reception guys are great and welcoming. They would suggest what to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Istanbul as it’s walkable distance for all the major attractions.

Staff was wonderful giving you tips and helping. Breakfast was ok eggs and bread and cereal And other local stuff. Room was ok. Kind of corky walls were not sound proofing so you could hear everything going on outside and next door. The area was safe and many food options in a walking distance 5 to 10 min And maybe 12-15 min walking distance to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Bed was super hard same as pillows. There is one thing they can improve will be bed quality and pillows.

Mahmut and his team are very kind, and accommodating. While Sultanahmet can be loud, the hotel is situated on quiet street and easily walkable to all major tourist attractions. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable as well. Enjoyed the stay :)

Great staff who were very helpful. Nice/clean/comfortable rooms (we stayed there 2 nights upon arrival, then booked again for our last night in Turkey after returning to Istanbul--They even allowed us to keep a bag at the hotel while we traveled). Very convenient to the tourist attractions. Millions of restaurant options. We definitely recommend.

Affordable hotel in an excellent area. Staff is helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is a nice touch as well. The hotel hallways and lobby is a little dated and tired but the rooms are clean and they have a fridge.

Friendly staff

Reception and breakfast staff were amazing! They helped us with reservations for Turkish baths, restaurants, local transit and private guides. They did everything with a smile and were really nice to work with. Hotel is within walking distance to popular tourist sights, restaurants and shopping.

Our stay at Sultans Royal was enjoyable. The hotel was clean with good decor and comfortable. The location was perfect, with so many attractions within walking distance. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the hot food section was small. The airport transfer service is more expensive that a local taxi or other airport pick up services. Our room was large and had a view of the sea, albeit over rooftops of other properties. I would recommend Sultans Royal who want a hotel within walking distance of the major attractions.

My family of four stayed at the hotel for a week in August 2024. First and foremost I will say that the team managing the hotel, especially Rashid, is very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were spacious enough and very clean. The room service was excellent. One area of improvement I would suggest is to have international channels on the TV as all the channels were Turkish. I am very pleased with the entire team of Sultans Royal hotel and would highly recommend this hotel for those who wish to visit in Istanbul with their family.
