I was extremely disappointed with the service of this hotel. Emir the staff I met on arrival lacked a great deal of customer service. I never felt welcome or comfortable. First and last ever stay at this hotel.

Check in was at 3 PM and me and my wife very tired because of the trip we had. We kindly requested early check - in and they gave us the room at 2PM. When we went the room bathroom tap wasn't working. Asked recepetion several times nobody came. After 5 calls and 1 hour Supervisor turned up with the plumbers. Plumbers dismantled the tap and came back at 3PM when we gave hope and trying to sleep. We left the room at 5PM and asked for fix when we came back and asked for room cleaning because plumbers made towels dirty when they were dismantling the tap. When we came at 11PM tap was fixed and room wasn't clean. All the towels dirty. Asked several times to change the room and although its been told to us hotel is fully booked they gave us new room at 11:30 PM at midnight and we changed the room. On top of that although I asked late check-out before the check-in with additional payment and confirmation room cards are cancelled at 12:00.

The hotel has no noise insulation whatsoever between the guest rooms and the bar/ restaurant area located on the roof of the hotel. We stayed in an executive room on the 4th floor ( supposedly one of their better rooms) and unfortunately, we could not sleep because of the intense noise. It was as if the DJ was playing in our room. We stayed nine days total - 4 of those days we were not able to sleep peacefully from 11 pm to 1am in the morning. For €506 per night this is absolutely unacceptable. The best part of the hotel experience was the housekeeping efforts. Hard-working people trying to keep the place neat. During check out the gentleman at the reception was not able to explain some of the charges on our bill. We did have a VIP access privileges which included 10 % discounts at the restaurants- which was not automatically applied as it should have been. We had to ask for it line item by line item. In conclusion, this by no means is a five star hotel. Unfortunately, we will skip this hotel next time. If you are searching for a five star hotel, sadly, this is not the place to stay. We have been told that they were going to send our receipt to our email. We are still not in the receipt of it even though we checked out Sunday 3am.

The beds are not very comfortable because they are using two twin beds together to make a larger bed however it is nearly impossible to not feel the split between the two mattresses, even when they put a blanket over it Was quite disappointed that there was no children’s place for breakfast in the morning. I have two little daughters who eat about as much food as can fit in their fist for breakfast and they wanted to charge €25 for each of them each day. I said no thank you and we all made arrangements to have breakfast elsewhere. I just think that’s a very unwelcoming policy especially for children. Because no matter what children are not ever gonna come close to eating €25 worth of food. They said it was a cut off of age 6 my daughters are seven and eight but about the size of six-year-olds and as such they eat the same if not even less than six-year-olds do.

The hotel was gorgeous, but the staff especially at breakfast try to scam you. We agreed to a price of $25 euros per person than they charged us $35 euross, and completely refused to correct it. We enjoyed the hotel, but on the way out, they left us with a sour taste. It wasn’t about the money., it just doesn’t feel good to feel cheated.

The property has a nice interior design,many dinning options, a wonderful spa, nice roof top. And many workers are trying,they do mean well. I just felt it lacked in service. My check in was unpleasant. There was an incident where others hotels would offer something as an appology, but not Wyndham. It's not that I need something for free, it is a token of appreciation of guests, and there was none of that. Just barely baseline service.

We visited the hotel with our 4 month baby and I requested a quiet room. Despite asking for this multiple times we had music banging in our room until 2am in the morning and our baby was disturbed. I mentioned this to guest services and reception. No action or no follow-up. Very disappointing.
