La habitación espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. El staff maneja un portugués muy cerrado, podrían ayudarse de alguna IA como para no abrumar a los visitantes que no hablan su idioma! Por lo demás todo muy bien!

Acho que criei expectativas quando vi as imagens e chegando lá não achei isso tudo. O quarto era enorme mas ficava "vazio". Poucos móveis e mal posicionados, a TV não ficava nem pro sofá e nem pra cama, dava pra pia e porta do banheiro, nem ligamos ela. O banheiro era minúsculo, tinha que se secar fora dele. Chuveiro e exaustor muito sujos e piso da parede quebrado. O restaurante que tinha na pousada não é mais lá. A parte boa era o café da manhã e os funcionários que eram todos muito gentis, fizeram um bolinho surpresa no dia do meu aniversário pq a atendente viu a data na hora da reserva.

Muitos fatores que me fizeram ter uma experiência bastante desconfortável nesta pousada, mas vou resumir as mais importantes: 1. Quarto infestado de Formigas. Deixei um biscoito em cima da estante e quando acordei estava abarrotado de formigas em todo canto. 2. O banheiro apresenta um mau cheiro extremo, tipo carniça, acredito que venha do ralo e infesta o quarto. Isso faz com que as toalhas também absorvam o cheiro. Sem conta a má qualidade das toalhas, ásperas, baixo poder de absorção. 3. ⁠Perto da porta há uma espécie de sensor que fica piscando uma luz azul. E pelo fato do quarto ser extremamente pequeno, a luz piscando atrapalha a dormir. 4. ⁠não é fornecido água para os hóspedes. Fomos ao Beto carrero, e ao voltar, por volta de 22h, pedi pra encher minha garrafa de água para moça da recepção e ela disse que só tá disponível pra venda, que, por acaso, custa 7 reais a garrafa de 500 ml de baixa qualidade e gosto ruim. 5. ⁠paredes extremamente finas. Da pra ouvir tudo que o vizinho fala ou faz 6. ⁠equipe da pousada poderia ser mais solícita e gentil. Achei todos com a cara bem fechada. 7. ⁠café da manhã com pouca variedade. Em resumo, não valeu em nada os quase 600 reais na diária. Me arrependi muito
