Clean, friendly, helpful. This place is walking distance from the beach and surrounded by places to eat hangout and enjoy. Loved it.

The room was dirty, including the bedsheets and the floors. The window in the bathroom open up to an area where people were preparing food and the walls were way too thin. Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, tampa da privada quebrada.

Cuidado com a eletricidade

A estadia foi okay, mas quando coloquei meu celular pra carregar levei um choque enorme, queimou a tomada e meu carregador e ainda quase me machuquei. Comuniquei a recepção e ela disse que iria contatar o gerente e nada foi retornado até agora. O hotel ficou de cobrir com os gastos do carregador e até agora nada, nem um pedido de desculpa ou explicação, Cuidado com q eletricidade desse hotel. Não ficarei nunca mais. Não recomendo.

Ótimo para a categoria. A equipe é ótima, o quarto é confortável, o banho muito bom, a localizaçao é incrível e a limpeza é impecável. Café da manhã farto e variado. Pontos negativos: infiltraçao no teto do banheiro, elevadores demoradíssimos, box que nao fecha direito, deixando o banheiro inteiro molhado. Pelo valor, é mutio bo para a categoria

Quarto amplo e camas confortáveis, porém o banheiro era muito apertado, tinha um mal cheio terrível, mesmo após a limpeza. Local do Box bem apertado, sem prateleira pra apoiar nada (sabonete/shampoo). Banheiro não tinha janela e/ou exaustor, não tinha bancada na pia, não dava pra apoiar nada. Banheiro bem antigo, tem até um bidê. No quarto não tem espelho, apenas um bem pequeno no banheiro. Café da manhã todos os dias as mesmas opções, nada saboroso.

Falta de empatia...

Café da manhã simples mas adequado. Achei um pouco inconveniente entrar no quarto as 5 da manhã no check in e as 7:00 já receber um bilhete por baixo da porta para fazer o Check out. Não bastasse, recebi mensagem do celular e uma cantareira bateu na porta as 11:20... Faltou bom senso. Entreguei o quarto antes das 12, mas fui informada que tinha que sair às 11.
