My stay was not good. The beds were really uncomfortable. The staff wasn't courteous. I stayed two nights, and the they didn't clean the room or leave fresh towels. When I called the front desk to tell them about it, they said there was nothing they could do. They had no one there to clean the room. They only offered fresh towels. The gentlemen came by with the towels and trash bags, but didn't offer to take the trash from the room. We were minorities that did not feel welcome by the staff at all.

Bonnie from best western was really helpful. She worked with hotel.com customer service to fix reservation issue. She was very friendly and courteous during check in. Great example of excellent customer service. We stayed in room 144 which was next to laundry machines for hotels. The machines were running all Night and there was constant noise.

This property is completely run down. The mattress was extremely old. I ess able to see the mattress springs through the blanket. The pillows were as hard as a rock. The carpet is full of stains. I couldn't bring myself to walk around the room without my slippers. The toilet paprr holder mept falling off, the showerhead was barely holding on. I could go on with all of the issues with this place. I couldn't sleep for the 2 nights i was there because my of the noise the from other guests and the noise their doors made from opening and closing. It is extremely hard to open and close the room doors. Instead of having a relaxing and stress free stay, i was extremely tired and frustrated. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay far away.
