The hotel is beautiful and clean. One corner away from the Greyhound bus terminal. Parking is free as well! 2 conrers away from Itjaca Commons where you can take the TCAT buses to everywhere! the hotel has free cold and hot water, coffee and tea at the lobby.

The restaurant didn’t answer the phone to place an order. I called front desk and the restaurant called me back 1 hour later from my first call. Pool was not working. Staff and manager were great. Sarah, was a rock star and the mgr on 6/19 also awesome. They just need more staff in restaurant seemed like one person doing everything there. Room keys failed 90% of time and you need them to get back into hotel. The room was great, except fridge had no freezer. Ac worked great, floor very quiet. Loved the fridge and microwave. Comfy beds and pillows.

Cozy bed, spacious room!

Bed was so comfortable, I didn’t even wake in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Very clean! Staff was awesome. My only recommendation would be to have a recycle bucket in the room.

Our room was very dusty. The headboard had about a half of inch of dust on it and there were broken nail clippings on the night stand and on the floor. The painting on the wall was so dusty The floors had not been cleaned. For the amount of money we paid to stay here I’m highly disappointed. On day 2 housekeeping barged in on us even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door.

The room was not clean. There was dust on the floor and lamps and visible dirt/grime in the bathroom. The furniture was all banged up and our AC unit stopped working and had to be reset.

Nice, especially bar & restaurants- god service. Bar tender friendly+. Only issue was Room was bare - no notice in the room about the restaurant. No signs in the room for emergency. No notice about wear to get ice & phone for front desk didn’t work or answer. I had to come down to ask where the ice & vending machines were! And was told on the 4rh floor but I never found them on the 4th south??? Not even a pad or pen in the room. Coffee was only for one cup!

They had trouble getting any of my credit cards to work with their system. Three of the four of us who took showers in our three different rooms had only about 15 seconds of lukewarm water and otherwise had a choice only between cold and colder. The fourth had hot water.
