This wonderful villa is located in the green of the hills and from its terraces it is possible to admire stunning views over the olive grove, the sea and the Pontine Islands. The quiet atmosphere can inspire trekking and mountain bike lovers to have excursions into the nature and surrounded by the hill landscapes.

The house is split into two apartments.

Each apartment is 90 square metres and has one spacious living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, one double sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge. Outdoor garden and private car parking. Car is advisable.
