玄関から靴を脱いで畳の上を歩くのが気に入って選びましたが、部屋に行くまでに、スーツケースの汚れとかで足が汚れるのが気に入らなかったです。 あとフロントの年配の女性が説明をしてくれたのですが、早口で心がこもっていなかったのが残念でした。 あとの若い方たちは、丁寧で良かったです。

今回は3連泊しましたが、おおむね良かったのですがバイキング会場に同じ銀蝿が3日間とも飛び回り食材にも乗っていました。残念でした。 他は良かったと思います。

見た目はとても素敵なホテルでしたが、部屋の床はゴミだらけ。特にこのホテルは入り口で靴を脱ぎ、スリッパではなく部屋に備え付けの足袋や裸足で館内を歩くスタイル。館内の床は全て畳。廊下は仕方ないとして、部屋の床がゴミだらけなのはほんとに残念でした。そんな中、料理が美味しかったのと、お風呂を掃除していたスタッフさんだけは良かったです。
