We booked this stay early Oct to see the fall colors. We choose Alpenhof so we could have German beer and food. When we checked in we were told the kitchen was closed for the season. No food or drink was available on site. They apparently are closed Oct and Nov and reopen in Dec for ski season. But they close the bar and kitchen weeks before they stop selling room accommodations. Very disappointed. Would not have booked this hotel had I known that.

It was a beautiful hotel. They needed to do a little maintenence (paint, update carpet, and replace light bulbs) but overall was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very helpful in guiding us to find wildlife.

Properly is old and it is shows its age. Staff was excellent and it was clean. Multiple room issues. TV was old and often remote did not work and it kept losing its signal. Small bathroom. Very dated decor and my room was very noisy, there was a garage under it that started to be opened and closed at 6:30 am.

A great location for sight seeing and for going into Jackson without being so busy as Jackson. It is a little dated but I’m sure they will update soon. We didn’t care about the decor. Bed was nice and comfy. We had a big deck outside our room accessed by a sliding glass door. The bathroom was roomy and it had a whirlpool tub. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit dated, but we heard it is closing for renovations. The staff was always nice and greeted you with a smile. The amenities were great, boot dryer warmer, robes, in room coffee, tea, apple cider and cocoa. Plus, Teton village is a great little community of its own. Can't wait to stay again after renovations!

Great location with very helpful staff. You are literally a few steps away from the Jackson Hole ski gondola. Resort is very charming if a bit dated but in some ways this adds to the charm.

I didn't relaing that most of the amenities would not be available when I booked. The on site bar & restaurant we closed. The pool and hot tub were filthy. They charged full price without advertized amenities. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.

It is a very charming lodge from outside but very old inside, needs renovation: carpet and furniture need to be changed, rooms are very dark, need more lights. We had a family suite where only one TV out of 3 was working. Front desk representatives are friendly but not helpful. Window repair with drilling started in the morning we were leaving without any notifications, we could not sleep.

We stayed in a king size room mid Sept. room was clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Everything is dated. Rugs need to be replaced. Extension cords running around room for wall ac unit and lamps. Shower head was so low that I need to practically do a back bend to rinse my hair. Elevator was tiny and slow. Very limited tv. Overall okay and clean but overpriced for how dated the place is.

We had a two bedroom two bathroom suite! SWEET! And an area with a microwave and dining table. It had so much personality! A bit hard to find in amongst the village. The next morning, We walked to the aerial tram which was FANTASTIC including waffles up in the sky! Good times.
