The staff were very helpful and nice. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was easy checkin, quiet and spacious enough for four adults to share. Easy walk to town. We would love to stay here again if we return to Jackson.

Overall a nice stay at Elk Country Inn. The rooms and hallways were a bit outdated, but the main lobby seemed brand new. A bit of a pricey stay, but presumably that's just Jackson Hole overall. Happy to stay here again

The hotel was very nice- the lobby and breakfast were great. The rooms were comfortable and walkable to all that Jackson Hole has to offer. One staff member made a key card for another guest to access our room which was very concerning, but the rest of the staff were apologetic and helped us rectify the situation.

Location was in Central Jackson which was a plus. We were there as a family with kids for one night. Clean facility, spacious room, comfortable beds, and great staff. Only complaint was that our room was against a second parking lot with a bbq restaurant behind us. Very noisy and they came to pick up the trash at 4am. Woke us up a bit earlier than we would like.

Wow! What a fantastic hotel! We absolutely LOVED the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs! What a great idea! Gorgeous view too! Awesome location and an easy walk to great restaurants and activities! The room with a loft was great and provided us with lots of space. Our check-in experience was excellent and our girls loved the cookies too!

The property itself is beautiful. However, we were on a lower level and could hear everything above us - footsteps, toilets flushing, etc. Upon checking in they gave us our keys only to open an already occupied room. So that was interesting! For the price I was disappointed overall.

I was pleasantly surprised. The property was very nice. The staff was incredible. Amenities were nice and high end, and it's a few minutes walk from the downtown. The icing on the cake was the complementary home made cookies they offer in the evening. Best we have ever had.
