Both chairs were broken. When I tried to move the first chair the arm rest lifted and proved to be disconnected from its support and the structure of the chair was compromised. Had I sat in it I think it might have collapsed very unsafe. The second was similarity broken but usable.I have pictures if needed. I asked for a ground floor unit and was given the second floor, farthest away. I realize that might have been the only available but no discussion. No thanks.

The AC was not keeping the room cool, slept without clovers most the night. Third person ran out of hot water in the shower. Office was open but did not see anything about getting into our room until i looked at my phone and it was texted to me.

After paying for and staying a week and needing to stay longer I asked through text message if they had my card on file and could I pay for 2 more days they said yes and would take care of it then proceeded to charge me 25$ per night more then previous rate with no mention of said rate increase. That just seems dishonest to me. This is my only complaint of the place
