Saw (and took pictures of) a roach and a bedbug in the room before I went to bed, so I had to leave and buy a room at a different hotel. The Best Western is putting up a fight against refunding my money, and Expedia isn't refunding me either, so if you want to feel confident that you'll sleep without insects crawling over you, I'd recommend both booking at a different hotel and using a different website to do it.

The male receptionist that worked Sunday evening appeared annoyed that he had to check me in. Bed was comfortable, shower was great n BW offered a prize winning breakfast.

Lounge area/check in couches had stains. The front counter guy didn’t know much about the area. The room was dingy, the bathroom and mold, and we had half-sized pillows that were lumpy. I’m usually not one to complain, but it really wasn’t a comfortable stay.
