Enjoyed our stay!

Husband loves the shower's water pressure! They had free dinner and breakfast. It was conveniently located near target and Walmart and lots of restaurants and shopping places! The pool is half indoor half outdoor. You can swim underneath from indoors to get to the outdoor part which my son loved!

The property was OK but the A/C in the lobby did not work, which made the dining atmosphere uncomfortable; then there was the 5am fire alarm that woke up the entire hotel. There were other electrical problems as well – the A/C in the room would fluctuate between off and on and the elevator stopped working at one point. The PILLOWS – WOW!! SOME OF THE BEST PILLOWS!!!!!! I’m not being sarcastic. They really were just right. If anything I would return because of the pillows.

I came to this hotel because the reviews were so good and I do not regret my choice! The staff were all so friendly and kind. My teens loved the pool and hot tub. They had an excellent dinner for guests which included a homemade gumbo that was amazing. My husband and I had a complimentary alcoholic drink too! The room was clean and I had the best nights sleep I ever got from a hotel bed. They also served a lovely breakfast with lots of options in the morning. If you’re looking for a hotel in the area, this is THE ONE.

Stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly upon arrival at the front desk. The entire staff was friendly throughout my stay. The room was great and the complimentary breakfast and evening meals were outstanding! I normally don't rate a hotel stay, but this hotel is great and I plan to visit again in the future. Staff - keep up the great customer service!

Family road trip stop

It's an older hotel but it was pretty clean. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool wasn't very clean but there was also a very large party staying of boys for a basketball camp and they were having a blast in the pool so that may have been part of it. The breakfast was great. Customer service from all of the staff was excellent. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We booked because of the excellent reviews and rating on Expedia. Whoever is putting in these reviews is either lying or getting paid to do so...this place was a dump. The lobby at check in was 85 degrees at 3pm. The next day, the lobby was 87 degrees at 10am. The air blowing out of the air conditioner smelled strongly of mold. Do not get there early expecting to be put in an available room before 3pm, the front desk will make you wait until 3pm on the dot to check in. If you want to feel poor, stay here. I wish I would have spent the extra $30 or $40 and stayed at the Hilton on the same exit or another more reputable chain.

Room was spacious and clean. I was surprised to receive 3 complementary drinks (top shelf) at check in along with dinner included in the cost of my room. Dinner was Hot dogs, baked beans, coleslaw and pulled pork (which ran out). The pool water looked very cloudy and could definitely use some attention. The hot tub was ICE COLD and likewise the water needed some serious attention. Staff was very friendly and would definitely stay again if in the area.
