This hotel need to be remodel this not a 5 star hotel base on the name Hyatt so step up your game Hyatt in Jackson Ms... The bathroom, pool and breakfast was very bad for the Hyatt hotel...

Not worth the money

Probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. There were no towels at the pool which we couldn’t even swim in because it was so cold. The room was hot and not cleaned very well. Breakfast options were minimal. Will not be staying again.

We were supposed to have a handicap accessible room and it wasn’t. The shower leaked all into the room. The shower was freezing cold. The shower and sink did not drain. The free breakfast was horrible. We moved to a different room that had a handicap accessible shower and still leaked all over the floor.

I'll be back

This property was very conveniently located. There was a great shopping area and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept. I would highly recommend it.

The service was not welcoming, the food was cold, the towels were thin and old, they said they would clean our room while we were gone but because we wasnt out of the room she didnt come back to clean it when we left.

There was only one working elevator, some staff acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Pool was kinda murky. We had stab like gashes on one of the mattresses. Other then that it was kept pretty well clean and neat.

Rooms were not ready, people were sitting around waiting to check in. Staff was very rude and unprofessional both st the front desk and the dining room. We had 5 guests and only 3 bath towels. No coffee cups

The suite was a good size. Myself and .y bridesmaids and my hairdresser were able to get ready. After the wedding, my husband and I returned. I wish I could say more, but we were so exhausted, we both fell asleep almost immediately. We slept well. Breakfast was good.
