Like new..great staff...the only negative was TV...like most places these days..no directions and the guide doesnt match whats on ... difficult to find something when you just want to relax.

The hotel is easy to access and ample parking. The hotel staff was friendly, and Elvis is especially helpful with breakfast. The bed was a little too firm for me and the room was a bit stuffy any time the AC was not running, but the room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Wingate in Jackson, TN is in a convenient location and is a new building but shares the building with Hawthorne Extended Stay( also by Wyndam). The grounds could be kept nicer, especially their dog walk area which had bags and waste container but long weeds. Once in the hotel, the rooms and bathrooms were great with comfortable beds and bedding plus alot of fluffy, white towels. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, but there is a coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was very good with an attentive staff member. Would recommend this basic hotel for an overnight, cost effective stay.

We stopped here on our way to Oklahoma to visit with family during Easter break. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms!!!! The staff was also very pleasant and helpful! Would definitely recommend staying here again on our way back through to come home.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The window coverings enabled the room to get very dark so I could sleep. There was a great selection of items for breakfast.

We arrived in town for a sporting event. We was running behind. At 8:30 pm we get a call about us still hadn’t checked in yet. While the staff member was nice I just thought it was odd to call and check. Told her we would be about 10pm. We arrive at the property a little before. We wait 15 mins till someone finally showed up. They while checking in we was hit with a $100 damage deposit. Was not informed by hotel or Expedia before hand. Very disappointed in both this was not stated. Have stayed at other locations including more expensive hotel without damage deposit. However the room was very clean, shower was hot, and air worked.

Window shade wouldn't pull down. Had no privacy until we stuffed wastebaskets and pillows over the window. No refrigerator in room. Toilet seat was loose. Dim lighting around bathroom mirror. Registration clerk told us breakfast began at 8 a.m. It began at 6 a.m.
