Very disappointed

Me and my daughter in law went to get breakfast and bring back to the kids and when we went to leave the lady refused for us to bring the food back to our room. My granddaughter is autistic and gets overstimulated easily so we didn’t want to take her in there with others. I have never been to a motel that would not let me bring plates back to my room to my grandkids

Old, run down… a long wait for towels. Weed smoking on the stairs. Very sketchy area and appears to be a long stay motel for many people- like they live there.
Filthy sheets and we had to wait over an hour for them to find clean ones.
Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

I was placed in two rooms and both weren't clean. Foot print, stains and hairs on bed sheets. Floors were dusty and sticky. Bathroom was dirty. We found an used ear plug, two dead roaches and some white stains on the side of one of the bed. One clean towel was left in the bathoroom When we asked for more, they claimed not to have more clean towels. They also hold a $100 deposit yet fail to meet basic cleanliness standards. I will personally never stay here or any other Boyton in the future. It was disgusting.

There was a piece of trim cut out of the metal on the door to the room, allowing about a 3 inch hole where you could see directly into the room. Nate, the maintenance man, insisted on "showing us" our room at 8pm when we checked in. Overall, disgusted with what we experienced.

There was a terrible mold smell that was very strong. Refrigerator was hot and not working and it was leaking water all over the floor. It was also very difficult to find the room at all. It was way hidden in the back and the descriptions to get there, didn’t make it easy

The pillows were stained not sure if unwashed. During breakfast there were people shouting and irritable due to no food was ready per promised time. The ironing board cover was soiled, so did not use it. The property does not seem to be secured.

If you put lipstick on a sows ear it’s still a sows ear. Girl at the front desk for a check in could hardly speak with all the Hardware in her nose and her lips and her tongue. They obviously pay her too much because she had more tattoos and brains. Obviously because of the low price, when we checked in at 11:00 PM, the balconies and courtyard was filled with low life, to the point where it was an extreme feeling of being unsafe. Had a force of lock on the door, the motel is so old and decrepit, even though newly painted and looks pretty it’s still a dump.

Was dirty outside rooms Room smelled to “pot” As far as breakfast is concerned custodial staff should not be taking breakfast foods until kitchen closes Ran out of food very quickly and slow to replenish Did appreciate staff give me cup of ice and she actually put it in my container was much appreciated Not pleased about a $100.00 deposit that will be held for 3-5 days ???!!!!

I get there about 6:45 pm had a king room reserved front desk told me it showed in the system as 2 queens. I showed her the confirmation email for a king then she said maybe it was a glitch in the system. While checking in someone called about wash clothes and towels im thinking they must've been there a few days and needed new cloths. I get to the room theres NO WASH CLOTHS OR TOWELS. We leave go to eat come back about 10pm still no wash cloths or towel front desk stated they are in the laundry and gives me 1 wash cloth and 3 hand towls to use. Absolutely not i stated i wanted a refund because thafs unacceptable im told i cant get a refund until management comes in but i can get the deposit back and i may not get a full refund back. I will be calling my credit card company about this matter
