Quaint stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was tastefully decorated and well stocked with all the essentials. The areas that needed more attention were the outside decks. The main level deck needed cleaning and plants replaced. The balcony would be more appealing with higher seating chairs to give view of the ocean.

Home Away from Home

We love this condo! This was our 3rd year to stay in this unit. You just cannot beat the view. The condo is always clean and Guest Cottage is always nice to work with. Upon arrival the air wasn't working right but they had someone repair it immediately and it ended up not being a big deal at all. Then it worked well for the rest of the week. Very minor. This unit is well stocked and a great location, in the middle of the building on the 3rd floor. The large balcony is a dream! We enjoy watching dolphin daily. And the beach is never crowded. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed at this condo with family for the Amelia Island Concourse d'Elegance auto show. Wonderful stay! Clean, convenient, nicely decorated, check-in and out was a breeze! Communication with prop mgr was excellent and timely. Will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this 2 bedroom condo in Ocean Place on Amelia Island. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and linens, fully stocked kitchen, good sized patio with a table for dining - it has it all. It’s the little things that make a difference. Soft throws on the couch, beach towels, an owners closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, toys etc., and a pantry full of all those items you forgot! Great makeup mirror in the master bathroom too! Love this place

We love Ocean Place, and this unit is outstanding in every respect - very clean on arrival, updated and tastefully decorated, with kitchen and beach supplies much nicer than what you normally see at a vacation rental. Everything about this unit says the owner wants you to have a wonderful time, and to come back. We did, and we will.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot

This is our second year staying at this condo. And again, we walked in and it was super clean. It is probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The owners have so thoughtfully decorated and all of the furniture, including the beds, are extremely comfortable. Even the outdoor furniture is comfortable. The views are unbelievable including daily sunrise views and dolphin every morning. We were even greeted with a gorgeous rainbow over the water on our first day! Also, we noticed the property is better taken care of this year. The elevators and outdoor hallways seemed to be cleaned daily and the pool deck was replaced along with the pool chairs. So nice to see these improvements! The beach was never crowded and the pool was never full. And Guest Cottage is a delight to deal with. They are easy to reach if there is a problem and they do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. We would not hesitate to use them again. And we hope to return next year!

Working vacation

Ocean Place properties are dependably very nice units (we’ve stayed in others besides this one). The kitchen and master bathroom are very nice by any standard, and the kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable and the smart TV’s are up to date. We would happily stay here again! (Being adjacent to conferences at The Ritz-Carlton is a good reason to stay here..)

Great vacation!

Great beach vacation

This was a wonderful property. It was beautiful and clean and the views of the beach and moon was so pleasant. Towels and kitchen supplies are well stocked and there were some very nice extra touches (charging cables, welcome bag, books). I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals and this was one of the best. Only minor critical feedback is related to beach supplies - I got the impression there would be a lot of items we could use like chairs or kids toys but all I could find were beach towels. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again.

This property is the BEST Vrbo I have ever stayed in. The condo was spectacular!

I hesitate to tell everyone how spectacular this Vrbo is because I’m afraid it will be reserved all the time and I won’t get a chance to return!! It was PERFECTION from the check in to all communication, to the location and the amenities in the condo. I can’t wait to return to this spectacular special place on Amelia Island!!
