Great place for quick family getaway!

Great location!! Walk outside and you're at the walkway to the ocean. Check-in / check-out process was super easy. Great communication with Adam. We've stayed at this location two times prior and this condo was very roomy for five people (place sleeps ten). Three bedrooms/three bathrooms and five tvs. Will definitely stay here for future Jax Beach vacations!!

Spacious

This place is very roomy with the upstairs sitting area. It was very clean. Location is good steps away from the beach. The place could use some vacation amenities...beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels (plenty of closet space to store) There also was no outside area to rinse the sand off, which made for a lot of sand brought into the condo The bathroom amenities is a nice touch; however, I feel that stocking, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels would be more accommodating, as most bring their own bathroom necessities. A few kitchen towels are also needed. The guest book should have more information such as the water gets EXTERMLY HOT; and there are brooms available in the laundry area. When I asked about a broom, it took almost 24hrs for a response. We did use laundry; however, stuff left in washers & dryers all day, which I did not want to touch, but ended up removing, in order to use. Overall we did enjoy our stay! Thank You

Great location!

The location of this condo was right at the beach! Easy walk to Starbucks and many other restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Only downside was the size of the bathrooms, especially the bathroom in the master suite. It was also quite warm to sleep as you can’t put the air lower then 70F. All in all it was perfect for our weekend.

Perfect location for kids & dogs

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years. The inside is just as pictured in the listing. Recently renovated and clean. What we really loved about this rental was that the kid's bedrooms were upstairs with their own bathrooms and living room which gave the family space to spread out and relax. The location was perfect for beach access and to walk to restaurants. The kids could run back to the condo for a bathroom break. We could easily walk the dogs on the beach from the short pathway there. It was approximately one mile to most restaurants and the pier so we walked just about everywhere. Grocery stores in the vicinity. Laundry on site but we didn't use it. I would highly recommend this rental to families and those looking for pet rentals. The only recommendation I would make to the owners is more bath & kitchens towels.

Great Location,

The location was great. The exterior of the building was not great. It could use a good cleaning. Once we entered the condo, it was exactly as pictured, updated. It did work for our family. There were several lights not working (3), and I did not reach out to the property manager as it was Christmas, they deserve time off and it did not make or break my stay. My biggest feedback would be cleanliness and lighting. Even if the 3 lights were lit, it would still not be enough light in the condo.

Hot & dark with HORRID parking & lack of necessities

Do NOT plan on staying here if you're driving a full size truck because it's almost impossible to get in & out of the tiny parking lot & spaces. You're only allowed 2 vehicles & the roads all around the facility have been dug up as they work on water lines. You will be woken up around 8 am every weekday by the noise of the construction. No parking allowed on roads due to construction. You can't turn the A/C below 70 or the unit will freeze up & the master bedroom stays hotter than anywhere else in the place. The master bedroom light never worked & the ceiling fan stopped working the 2nd night leaving us to sweat all night. The entire place is lit by lamps so it's very dark. Living room ceiling fan/light remote could not be found so they didn't work. No broom or vacuum to clean up after yourself. The shower outside the units to wash off after the beach doesn't work so you have to track sand into the unit & wash off in the shower. Only given a very limited number of towels & washcloths. Good luck trying to wash anything because they're always full from the cleaning people. There's only a couple of pieces of cookware that's in horrible shape & no pizza pan or anything to cook stuff in oven. We certainly will not ever start here again. We were so extremely disappointed with the entire facility.

Pictures of property not current. Bed in master bedroom is aged and horribly soft. Slept with our legs upright. Pillows were like sleeping on a sheet of paper. Bathroom off of the master bedroom was the size of a broom closet. Use of vanity in master bathroom will require you to lean over toilet or lean against toilet as toilet is centered in the middle of the broom closet. Had to go out and buy sheets/cover for pull out bed as pull out was filthy. TVs use ROKU/Firestick, constantly had to reset. Fridge was leaking water and freezer had a buildup of ice from the leak. Coup de grace, used feminine product found on floor in bathroom.

Outside of property needs to be cleaned and updated! The inside was better but needs some attention!! The post says washer/dryer. You have to share with everyone in the building, including the cleaning crew! Very spacious, great location, just in need of overall attention!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, management was responsive, and we were basically right on the beach. The home has most of your basic necessities and feels like a hotel stay. There were also a lot of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The only minor feedback we have was the request for air conditioning not to be turned below 70 degrees. I know perception of hot and cold is subjective, but for our family who gets hot easily, nights were sweaty. Please make sure to also read the checkout procesd in your email. It was different than the checkout process listed in the home binder so we cleaned and checked out based on the more detailed one in the email.

MISREPRESENTED - Old Motel

I went back and forth with VRBO on this stay. The location was not represented well. The front door did not have a dead bolt. Did not feel safe at night. I reached out to VRBO and Property company - property company managing it never got back to me. I would not stay there again - specially with family.

Home away from home

This was our first time renting a vacation home. The experience could not have been better. The rental had plenty of space for my family and provided the necessities for our stay. Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance- inside is fully upgraded and clean, and the beach is just steps away. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

Had a mishap with a burst pipe and had no water for our first night. Owner was there right away and did what he could to fix it. Pipe was fixed the next morning and we were given 1 nights credit. Needs better mattresses and pillows but I would stay here again.
