Beautiful property and nice staff! However, our room smelt musty and the AC was so loud, it was making a banging sound all night. Our hallway door was very heavy and squeaky and the door to the patio was also heavy and hard to open. The Tides bar was not open, and it was not stated anywhere that it was closed. We were hoping to eat there but had to find somewhere else on the beach for supper. The pool area was nice, normal wear. Overall, probably won’t be back. It just needs some TLC.

The pool is great! The beach was too windy the two days we were there. There was a storm coming in. We had a great time though hanging out by the pool. The only thing that I would say was a complaint is that parking is not included it is an additional $18.95 a day. Also just FYI they have signs posted that you can not bring coolers to the pool. We have a toddler and obviously he needs snacks ect. We brought a small cooler with some snacks and beers. No one said anything. It was a lunch box size cooler. I don’t know if they are normally strict about this or not.

The staff were very friendly, the facility was clean it, though could use a little updating, and the carpet had seen better days. Beach access was perfect and the Jax Burger and Onion rings were fantastic!

Hospital trip

The trees kind of blocked the view unless you stood. Need to stay on the 4th floor or higher. The only complaint i have is it took forever for the hotwater to come on, the digital key wouldnt work and our physical key stopped working about an hour before check out. We got back from the hospital from an appt and was locked out at 1045. Had to get the cleaning lady to let us in to get our things. Other then that, abosultely a lovely hotel. We will be back.

We booked 2 months early when there was many room choices available. We selected Studio Suite, 1 King Bed,Non Smoking. We were allowed to check-in early. Everything was exceptional except The suite bedroom did not match the picture. There was no balcony, glass doors, or sitting area in bedroom as pictured. We had only a sealed window with a noisy ac unit. I wonder if I had booked direct with the hotel months ago if my room may have matched the photos online - there were no photos online that matched my room layout.

We rented space for our daughter's beach wedding and ended up booking a room for the weekend. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Jason, the even coordinator is amazing. He helped get our space booked for our event and checked on us throughout the entire process. We will be back real soon.

We did not ask for an ocean view but still had a great view of the ocean. We overlooked the pool and so it was a little noisy on the balcony. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel was fine - EXPEDIA was NOT. When I made the reservation to stay there back in August I thought I was talking with the hotel. Turns out it was Expedia. I did NOT appreciate being charged MORE than I should have been because the reservation came thru you. Your ads make it look like you are cheaper. Turns out you are MUCH higher The clerk told me at checkout they did NOT know how much my bill would be - it would be on line. Thats BAD. I do not have an acct. with you - don't want one. I am an 87 yr old widow and money is tight. To pay over $300 for a short stay is NOT good. I would appeciate a refund.
