Great beds. Good location. That being said the TV would only run for 3 minutes then turn off. After calling the maintenance man because the light frig and coffee pot wouldn’t stay on we noticed everything was plugged into a power strip behind the frig. No way was that up to code.

We've stayed here before and really enjoyed it. We usually stay in the Partial Ocean View room and it's above the pool area. However, this time we were put in a room overlooking the parking lot. I asked the manager to be moved to a room overlooking the pool, and he said we got what we paid for, and we would have to take it up with Expedia. My wife and I thought the manager was very condescending. There was a clanking metal sound outside in the parking lot all night that kept us up. We normally really enjoy this hotel, but this stay was sub par.

Absolutely amazing stay! Extremely clean & cared for hotel. Staff was above and beyond with friendliness and service. Pool & hot tub are top notch. We switched hotels to here because the hotel next doors was closed upon arrival and I’m so happy it happened that way!!
