The Coastal House

This house met all of our needs. It is spacious and we really enjoyed everyone having their own room and backyard space. It was so cold the days we were there and my only suggestion is having maybe a heater near the dining space outside and by the pergola. We had a birthday dinner for my husband’s 60th and we were dressed up. We did not like burning wood in our clothes and hair in our attire, so we could not enjoy the backyard.

Great house with excellent amenities.

The house was just as advertised with the bedrooms, finishings, pool, putting green, bocce court, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, etc. The water treatment plant next door did smell from time to time. It is a 5 star stay with all the amenities and 5 bedrooms. That was the best part.

Beautiful Jacksonville Beach House

Wonderful property for my extended family to enjoy while visiting other family members. Great outside set-up where we spent 95% of our time... Hosts were very responsive to our questions. We very much enjoyed the property and recommend to all.

Family Spring Break

We stayed here with 2 other families -- the house, pool, activities, etc... was awesome! Everything was very clean and ready for us at check-in. Easy, 15 min walk to the beach. Nearby park is amazing for kids. Game room in the garage was great for a rainy day. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Perfect property for large family

Overall the best property we have stayed in anywhere. The house itself is so roomy, clean and organized. It’s like someone just thought of everything you might need for a large group to enjoy themselves and be comfortable. Pool is great, game room is fun, nearby park is amazing. Beach is close, neighborhood is lovely and safe. Furnishings are beautiful and top-notch. Check in and out procedures easy. Our group consisted of teenagers, parents and grandparents, and everyone loved it. No disappointments - a great place!

2023 Summer Family Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at many different properties over the years for vacation and this, hands down, was the most beautiful property yet. We had a small issue with a clogged toilet. We reached out and it was handled immediately and housekeeping was also sent out. I was shocked at the customer service 10/10. My children are older now and it’s hard to get everyone together. They all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Everything we needed or could have imagined was stocked in the home. You literally don’t need to bring a thing
beach chairs, wagon, towels, games, even pool floats were provided. The kitchen was also fully stocked. To say we were impressed was an understatement and we will forever book our vacations with this company. Thank you for an amazing family vacation spot. It’s one will will never forget!

JAX beach gem

Can’t say enough how perfect this home is - spotless, equipped, convenient, and well managed. 8 adults and a curious 2 year old, we found plenty to enjoy from the beautiful pool, the putting green and bocce, patio and lanai with fans and streaming TV’s, well equipped kitchen, and clean comfortable beds and baths. Great location near the beach and restaurants as well. We felt bad for our family members who were stuck at the Margaritaville - we felt like we won the lottery!

Really can’t say enough about the house. Near a big park and is pretty walkable to the beach. They set it up to have everything we could need. Plenty of kitchenware and everything we would need was in plenty. The pool and outdoor area is great and there are plenty of TV’s all with cable. Would definitely suggest this house and property company!

Birthday to Wedding

My daughter celebrated her birthday with her Bridal Party in Jacksonville Beach's various hotspots all week, all the way up to her wedding!! The home is well situated for restaraunts, and clubs, and a short a 15 minute walk to the beach, plus a nice park down the street if you have young children. The home has all the amenities to relax and enjoy just staying in as well! I would highly recommend this home. The owner is great and very communicative! We will definitely look ti booking this home again.

Great Stay

Great location just a few houses from one of the best playgrounds/parks around, easy access to beach, and plenty of restaurants/stores around. Well stocked inside and out including kitchen, beach toys/chairs, gameroom, plenty of tv's for everyone even outside by the pool. Managers were great and easily accessible prior to and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.

A little slice of heaven

House was exactly as advertised. Very clean and very well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies so we didn’t have to go to the grocery for any toiletries or cleaning supplies. There was a problem with the upstairs coffee machine that we were just notifying the renter of and within an hour someone came to fix it. The saltwater pool was extremely nice and clean. There was nothing we didn’t like about it. We brought our two dogs and it was plenty of room for them outside and in. We highly recommend this property to anyone with kids, pets, or just a couple. It doesn’t disappoint.

Good location, close to beach, park, shopping/eats

The house was a great central location. It’s a corner lot by the road, which meant some street traffic noise, but wasn’t bad. Also right by a fire station, but we didn’t hear them at all. Can walk to a really great playground/splash area for kids which we loved! Short drive to the beach with free parking and easy access to shopping/eats. The house is great but didn’t feel very clean. The beds were fine and showers and toilets were too. The floors left our feet black very quickly, handles were sticky, kitchen trash pull out feels dirty.. the cleaning crew could do a better job. The bathroom floors felt slimy, like soap wasn’t fully washed off. We let our concerns be known and they came back to clean again. It was a little better but not much. A good deep cleaning throughout would really go a long way! Overall didn’t affect our stay much as we enjoyed our time out back by the pool or at the beach. Again a good cleaning and this place would be top knotch!

great for reunion

This was a wonderful house for 5 college gals and their spouses. It was one of the best equipped houses we have ever rented. The kitchen area was large enough for several of us to cook together and all the gadgets we could want for cooking were provided. There was enough seating at the dining table for 10 adults to eat and play games. The beds were all comfortable and clean. The game room was used frequently. The heated swimming pool was enjoyed by all even when the temps were only in the 60's. The fire pit was a nice addition. The staff at Welcome Home was very helpful and quickly solved some small details that came up. We would highly recommend this home to any group looking for a place to hang out and catch up with each other.
