Perfect Place for Puppy

It is as advertised: a great place to stay with or without your pet, though it is optimized for your dog. The bungalow has a nice, artsy feel but while still being comfy. Sammy, the Catahoula, was right at home with plenty of corners to sniff and even a doggie door. The double gated entrance was an excellent touch to keep you pets from getting loose. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of sidewalks, perfect for the pup. We're looking forward to staying here again.

Perfectly Imperfect Spot

First of all, the hosts are great owners. They were extremely responsive both before and during our stay. The area this VRBO is in is excellent. You have 2 restaurants and a corner store about a half a block away. Another great deli (Pine Grove) around 4 blocks away, and then you have 4 different what I would call entertainment and eatery districts within about 1 mile. And no chain eateries (though you could drive from 3-10 minutes to find any and all of those).The ADU is pretty centrally located, making it about 30 minutes to any corner of the greater JAX area; as an example, we played 5 or 6 different golf courses, all within 30 minutes. Downtown was maybe 15 minutes away. Jaguars' stadium probably 15-20 minutes. Jax Beach was 28 minutes most days. Town Center about 25 minutes.As outlined in the listing, the actual indoor and outdoor space is small, but we knew that going in. It fulfilled our needs, and we were there 27 nights, if that means anything to anyone :)

Game weekend getaway

Absolutely loved this bungalow!! Close to everything in a nice and quiet area. Property was accurately described. Came in for the Jags game. Close to Everbank stadium and plenty of restaurants/bars. Will stay here again. It was very very clean and easy check in.

Labor day

We stayed at Joe's for the labor day holiday weekend and it was just what we needed. The check in process was easy and convenient. Joe was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The bungalow was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying at Joe's when you're in town.

Awesome space!

Perfect size for two and our two dogs. First VRBO with pet station including treats and extra leashes. Great touch. Outside space is small but areas for dogs to walk and explore. Inside is roomy and quaint. Will return.

Retro getaway

This has been by far the nicest place we’ve stayed at. The retro decor along with the kitchen appliances a d light fixtures are beautiful. The yard is spectacular and we enjoyed it along with our furbabies :)

Great place to take the pups.

You and your dogs are really going to like staying here. The pups enjoyed having a small yard where they could run off-leash. For on-leash activities Boone Park is a 5 minute walk away with plenty of squirrel activity to keep your pooches stimulated. The house has all you can ask for; great hosts, clean, modern, roomy, and within a 5-15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Exceptional Stay: Five-Star Comfort and Hospitality!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this Vrbo was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an absolutely AMAZING host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. The location couldn't have been better. Not only was it conveniently close to downtown Jacksonville, but the fenced-in yard was an absolute blessing for our furry friends. Having dogs, it's often a challenge to find suitable accommodations, but this property exceeded our expectations with its spacious and secure outdoor area. Plus, the tile flooring throughout the property was a huge bonus, making cleanup a breeze. Speaking of cleanliness, this property was immaculate. It's clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their home to the highest standards, and it definitely didn't go unnoticed. Additionally, being close to downtown meant we had easy access to a plethora of fantastic dining options, adding another layer of convenience to our stay. Overall, our experience at this Vrbo was nothing short of perfect. We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return for another visit. Thank you to the wonderful host for making our stay so memorable!

Nice overnight stay.

We enjoyed your property! It was nice and quiet. It was a beautiful night, so the short walk to Avondale and all the shops was nice and then even a shorter walk to our dinner reservations at Orsay (a must try). It is really cute and pet friendly, even though we didn’t have any pets- it’s nice to have that option. Something that is HUGE for me is everything was nice and clean, the bed was super comfortable, and they had coffee for the morning for us to brew! Thanks again!
