Welcome to Cobia Cottage in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach! This spacious three bed/two bath house has everything you need for a restful escape from everyday life. Bike to the beach and come back to the refreshing outdoor shower, sink a few putts on the new outdoor putting green, or eat lunch al fresco on the large paved back patio with gas grill. Or just relax on plush furnishings and enjoy a movie on one of the large smart HD TVs. The house sits only 1.5 miles from Ponte Vedra Beach, a short drive to Jax Beach, and a 10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic.

In this cozy home you can enjoy a good book, play a board game with the family, or relax and watch your favorite movie or show on one of three large TVs. You can also enjoy the quiet backyard under the hanging lights on a comfortable couch, the large outdoor dining table or spacious hammock.
