This property could be nothing less than excellent due to its proximity to the ocean. Unit is well stocked with all conveniences and my only recommendation would be an upgrade to the bedding-all of it. This would really make a big difference and represent the quality of its location.

Incredibly property!

I don’t often stay at a place that was so amazing that I leave a review but this one takes the cake. Great communication with the owner after booking, INCREDIBLE views of the ocean, and such a clean, amazing home. 10/10 would recommend to any and everybody — we hope to stay here again in the future!

Visiting Daughter

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We were visiting our daughter who has taken a job in Jacksonville. The area is super quite. We spent all day Friday at the condo enjoying the lanai, drinking coffee and watching the osprey and dolphins! The condo has gorgeous sunrise views that we enjoyed every morning! The area is great location for running to the Publix and several wonderful restaurants and is close enough to Jacksonville and St Augustine to enjoy those areas as well, which we did! We would definitely stay here again!

Details

The info on the tv was misleading, Roku would work. There was no local or live tv unless you used your own passwords and codes. The Roku was replaced on our 2nd day. There was construction on new stairs on the patio side so we were unable to use it till Friday when they weren’t working. A bit disappointing for the price we paid. But a very nice area and condo.

Lovely ocean sounds & view!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It is exactly as described & pictured. The ocean views & sounds are wonderful with beach front access. Sunrise in the morning was spectacular to see. My son woke with a loud “WOW”! The only issue we had was a lack of paper products supplied. However, the manager responded promptly & sent someone with the needed products immediately. Definitely, recommend.

The unit was beautiful and centrally located for everything. We loved our time there. I would suggest maybe a stool in the bedroom so you can use that mirror for makeup/hair, etc.

Perfect view from balcony

Small unit with only one bedroom and one bath but we loved this place due to the amazing view from the balcony. Our only real complaint is the lack of hot water. It appears that the hot water heater is turned down to save energy so you only get warmish water to shower.

Great location

This condo is less than 100 hundred feet from the ocean waters! Absolutely beautiful views along with the incredible ocean waves pounding against the tide. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Newly renovated for sure. Only issue I had was that water pressure was not to my liking and the water temp wasn’t too hot. At night the heater/ac is a bit noticeably loud. The location has everything you need for food,etc. We enjoy it tremendously.

This property and beach is beyond beautiful!

The check in process was very easy. The property is exactly as in the pictures. What really made it rememberable was all the nice residents and their furry friends that me and my family met. It was like being at home. Seeing all the sea turtle nest and speaking with Natalie from turtle patrol was an experience. Beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. Wonderful beach front, would definitely stay here again.

This place is a perfect little condo, right on the beach! My husband and I stayed there with our two toddlers and would definitely consider going back. Good layout, washer and dryer was a plus, really comfortable king sized bed. Good price point too. Blackout curtains would have been great and still would be a lovely edition to your place! The property manager was a very quick responder when I had questions too which is good for piece of mind. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely lovely

As Floridians that have stayed on most Florida beaches, we can tell you Ponte Vedra is a location that cannot be beat if you’re looking for privacy. There were mornings we felt like we had a two mile strip almost all to ourselves and in talking to the locals, it seems that is to be expected. To boot, the condo is right on the beach. I know it’s difficult to trust photos and understand distance from a snap shot, but you can hear the beach, feel the salt spray, and enjoy the feeling sand free on your balcony if you so choose. The condo is adorable and clean. With one bedroom and one bath. The furniture is comfortable and cozy. We did stay on the pull out couch one night so we could wake up to a sunrise and I cannot say we would try that again, but if you have little people I’m sure they’d do fine. We really do not have complaints at all and if we were to be very picky (and convince you we’re not the owners friends or someone easy to please), the water pressure in the shower was not great. Also, the vent in the bedroom does have a bit of a rattle when the AC kicks on. You cannot hear it during the day, but at night it is noticeable if you’re a very light sleeper. The owners were absolutely lovely to work with. We had a schedule change and they were very gracious in allowing us to move our trip up one week. They also went out of their way to ensure we had all the check in information and provided a few waters and snacks. They even had enough coffee for our stay for the Keurig along with cream and sugar and even some condiments in the fridge. For us, this was just the trip we needed. It’s private, the beach is beautiful, the condo is comfortable, and there are plenty of places to eat at or order food delivery very nearby.
