Then enjoy a meal at one of the holiday home's 9 restaurants. All homes are individually decorated and offer free WiFi and free local calls. The Villas of Amelia Island offers 350 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features a safe and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies. The room looked a bit worn. Water on steps and sidewalks after rain made them very slippery. At check in, I was not advised of the entire amount of my stay being held on my cc despite the fact that I had booked and paid in full prior to stay.

The room was clean, but extremely outdated. The furniture, specifically the dresser and desk. Were very worn with pieces of wood and the knobs missing. The beds were very cheap with wheels under the frame. Service around the pool area was terrible and slow. My husband and I expected more from the Omni brand. We will definitely not be staying here again.

We loved staying right on the beach and having a nice pool for our area of the resort. The resort has transportation options, but where we stayed was walkable to the conference center beside the actual hotel. The area was quiet and parking was good. We did have an issue with some mouse-sized roaches in our apartment and a very large hair ball on the balcony! The building itself seems old and run down, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The beach was easily accessible, which made our stay so enjoyable. The pools were not only big but also exceptionally clean, inviting us to relax and have fun. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, really adding to the warm atmosphere. It truly made for a wonderful vacation experience.

This resort is clean and well maintained. It was perfect to celebrate our anniversary! It’s right on the beach but still has a pool. It was very quiet and peaceful! The only downside is that it’s about 20 minutes away from downtown. We wanted to have dinner watching sunset, so we went to Brett’s Waterway Cafe at the marina by downtown. But there are restaurants on site. I would love to visit here again with my family. They have put put golf, pickleball courts, tennis courts and golf courses. The beach here is amazing! I definitely recommend this place!

Property is under construction and we needed to be relocated to a different section. The refrigerator, safe and telephone in our room were broken as well as several tiles in the shower. We were disappointed.
