It’s a pleasant stay and counter staff provided good service. The air conditioning in the room is not that cooling but overall, it’s okay as not hot. The hotel doesn’t have restaurants nearby , so we dined in their restaurants. Food wise is okay.

I have been a returning guest for a couple of years now. The cafe staff are very helpful and will stretch the mile to give you the best of service. Housekeeping needs to improve and don’t cut corners.

On the whole the stay was okay. However, one of the bedside table was not working. Kettle auto cut off faulty.. keeps on boiling until Manually switched off. BBQ spread on Thursday not sufficient though the entertainment was okay.

Mixed bag Feeling

Service is rated disappointed this stay is because the reservation dept failed to input my booking was all paid online. Check in staff billed me again. However, they are refunding the double payment in 14 days.! Too long waiting period. It will save everyone’s time and effort if the reservation and check in staff do the right thing right the first time.

Elegant hotel

Hotel is very beautiful and elegant. Staffs are friendly and helpful, able to speak good English. Good gym, small pool. Location is boring, same as other hotels around the area. Room toilet is a bit cramp, but still acceptable.
