Great location on a budget

The room it self is pretty basic, we pick this hotel because of the bunk bed arrangement that suit our need perfectly and the proximity to Gambir train station. The only down side is the off odor either damp or sewer odor coming from the toilet, hopefully the management can do something about it in the future.

The bed was clean and the room neatly done, but the entire building reeked of coffee, with a weird and pugnant smell lingering in the room, without any possibility to air it out or get rid of the smell

Simple hotel

Reception was friendly and fast. Rooms are smallish and toilet is even smaller. Sink is outside the toilet. They provide 3-in-1 soap, shampoo and conditioner plus a bar of soap and 2 bottles of mineral water. No kettle. TV is sometimes blur - bad reception. Wifi- since I've got the corner room is quite unpredictable. Many rooms in the middle have no windows. Downstairs is a starbucks plus another restaurant. Across the road is some other local restaurants including Singapore's Yakun Coffee. Just next building is the good Sate Khas Senayan (must go)

Well Located Budget Hotel

Overall, everything is as expected. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, only there is no closet to keep the clothes. Despite the fact that our room is in smoking area, we didn't smell anything bad from our room. The reception staff was very nice to already let us check in at 9 am in the morning. Location is just right, it is next to Taman Menteng and walkable to Bundaran Hotel Indonesia area.

Comfy to stay

Short stay a very nice to choose this hotel. Near by the train station and so many of food choices. Cleans and comfy hotel, the surrounding area are good and safe to go out in the night. Staff are friendly and helpful during my stay here. Recommends to stay here.

good option for short stay in central of Jakarta

if you need short stay in central jakarta, this hotel can be one of the option. Good price if we look at the location. Breakfast provided with additional charge, but a lot of option nice food around. The room is not really comfortable, but yes the name is IBIS "Budget", so you get what you've paid :)
