When is breakfast served? No signs!

I've been staying at this hotel on and off over the past four years. In the past weekend breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am. However, during this last visit hotel staff removed the food and cleaned up beginning at 9:30 am. I looked for any signs indicating when breakfast was served, but could find nothing, anywhere. My daughter and I were lucky we came at 9, so we got food. Some other hotel guests were not as fortunate.

This was a good stay. Even though it was not a handicap room it still had grab bars at the toilet area and 1 in the shower. All hotels need to put in more handicap rooms and all need tall toilets. No one likes it sit on the floor!!!

Do not stay here

All fixtures had a good layer of dust on them. Water smells like rotten eggs. Several things that are loose or broken. Several stains on comforter. Found several hairs not belonging to me in bathroom. When I had told them there was several things broken in my room they came in the room even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door and they only fixed one thing and left the others just laying on the ground.. also their press for assistance at front desk does not work so you have to yell to get someone’s attention

Our room was very near to an outside door with easy access to the pool/hot tub/gym area. Our beds were new, firm, and very comfortable. Our sheets were clean, soft, and high thread count! TV worked well. Pillows were plenty and puffy. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The staff mopped the entry and food area at least 3x while we were eating to ensure cleanliness and appearance for all guests. Check in was fast, informative amd friendly. All aspects of our short overnight stay were excellent, including the waterslide and hot tub! Would definitely recommend. 🙏💜
