The pool was out of commission for repairs, but we were able to use the pool at the sister property right on the same lot. At 11 o'clock at night, we were woken up by kids running in the hallway, screaming. And when we reported it to the front desk, they stated that it was a hockey tournament that they had a contract with and with their apologies, there was nothing they could do. We stated that was unacceptable , and they had no problem refunding our stay in full. I would reserve rooms with them again because they did the best they could in that situation.

Very clean hotel! Good location. Check in was quick and easy. Staff members were friendly. Room was spacious and spotless. The lobby was nicely decorated. It had a wonderful feel to it. Breakfast was much better than a typical hotel breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!
