It consists of two two-bedroom apartments connected by external stairs. In total, this 120m2 spacious Villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, Patio/Terrace (roofed, private), Garden (fenced, private, 300 m2, illuminated), Garden furniture, BBQ, Free Parking, Lounge set. Beside all of this features, we assure you will enjoy large terrace overlooking the property with seaview, where you can spend your time with a glass of wine. The whole Villa is for private and sole use to the guests and the host lives in a small house on a plot separated by a wall and its own entrance for the privacy of guests.
