We missed when booking that they didn’t have AC. They state on the website that fans are provided. There was one old small desk top fan in the room which provided little air. Staff did manage to find another ( albeit also old and broken) fan to provided some extra relief. Upon arrival the room hadn’t actually been fully cleaned. There was garbage in the drawers and sticking out under the heating unit. The complimentary coffee/ sugar carafe was empty of additives except for 3 Splenda. There is no typical property info book, with emergency procedures, hotel info and other area info. I expected more from a $430/ night booking

Overall ok. The pictures online did show it to be more updated than it was and unfortunately, we were there on a very hot day and it doesn’t have air conditioning. The facilities were fairly clean, but everything was quite rundown. nice location but a big expensive for the condition of the facilities.

We had a great stay in the Queen Loft suite at Jasper Inn and Suites. Sure it may seem dated compared to other stays in the area however we really enjoyed the space. Although there was no AC and that may see like a concern, the room came equipped with fans so we had no issues with heat. Overall would recommend the Loft suite.
