The place was clean and spacious, which we appreciated. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and responsive. However, a few things could be improved — some of the electrical sockets weren’t working, one of the fans was broken, and the cabinet door wouldn’t close properly. On the plus side, the hotel is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants.

No AC in the room, room was exceptionally hot and because the windows were at ground level didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows / drapes open while sleeping … so much chemicals in the pool, that only a couple of minutes your eyes were burning .. for the price I expected a nicer place

I didnt feel that the carpet was clean enough for me to step on it without shoes and of course they dont have any slippers in such level of hotels . Life would have been better if they didnt use “office lights” in the room you know the white ones … yellow light and probably daylight is more common in hotels to give cozier feel … also maybe maybe more lights in the room because it was too dim

The room not clean and the bedding looks didn’t change. The room shows good for 6 ppl, but they still charge fee if over 4 ppl. That’s ridiculous!

Staying for a one night get away. The room had a very strong smell that gave me a headache (opened windows and it helped) the chairs in the corner had some stains on them. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours on all sides (dog barking, ppl taking and stomping on the floor) Its an older hotel so for what I paid, it is what it is. Staff was friendly.

The one and only time we had contact with the staff it was during check in and check out, and there’s lots of room of improvement in customer service, not even one smile. The room had a weird smell, and we had to keep our windows opened. I won’t say it was terrible, but nothing special. Most likely I won’t stay on Lobstick Lodge again
