Booked Thurs and Friday nights, had to cancel the Thurs night, within the cancellation period, but was refunded only half the amount of the one night. Room door wouldn’t lock, even though it looked closed and handle locked, could just push the door open. Didn’t realize till next morning, so slept in an unlocked room. Notified staff and they fixed it immediately. Otherwise, decent hotel and great staff.

A nice hotel right in Jasper. Enjoyed walking from the hotel to the main shopping/restaurant area of town. Pool is fun too but was busy when we were there.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Check in was quick, and staff were kind and accommodating. We arrived just as the pool was closing (9pm), which we didn’t realize. They offered a swim at their sister hotel next door (kids were ecstatic). There was construction noise right next to our room at 11pm (no mention of it during booking or check in).. however when brought to staffs attention they addressed it immediately. Good stay, would stay again.

I have stayed here once before and thought I would give it another chance. Unfortunately the room I was in had an adjoining room door. It was very loud. I could hear conversations from the room next door as if they were standing beside me. By midnight the excessive noise continued. The front desk staff attempted to resolve the issue which I was grateful for however the room itself was flawed. There is no sound proofing and I was very disappointed in my stay.
