Stunning Villa and exactly as described in the listing. Dean and Louise were on hand immediately to help with any queries and when we needed some items that were not at the property they were delivered to us immediately. I cannot fault the service given. The Villa is in a quiet area and very close to all amenities with very nice quality furnishings and beautiful ornaments and statues. Javea beach front and Moraira with superb shops and restaurants at your disposal within a short drive. The villa had everything you could need with air con throughout and a very lovely large pool. It is a very modern villa and has a lovely cool breeze to keep you comfortable. The top floor suite and outside terrace is just gorgeous and has a lovely large bathroom. The only negatives I can share is that there is no shaded area outside of the undercover terrace and definitely not having some parasols around the pool area is a real shame. But that is personal opinion. The sunbeds were slightly worn when we arrived and this became worse over the course of the holiday but wear and tear happens. The addition of a Barbacoa and additional outside eating area would definitely enhance the villa spec particularly for larger groups. Apart from that I would highly recommend the villa We had a wonderful holiday and all communication with the rental property was efficient and well delivered.
