very nice stay - I went out to Caddo Lake early in the am. and the owner made sure I had my coffee and breakfast to go on time. The scones were delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

We needed a place to stay on our U-Haul trip across the South, and man were we surprised -everything was topnotch - friendly owners to greet you, beautiful common areas, and a large, spacious suite to sleep in. Unfortunately we had an early take-off, thus missing the 9 a.m. full breakfast, but the owner made special scones and had coffee-to-go for us. We'd love to return for a long weekend to enjoy this beautiful historical home again and the adorable town of Jefferson.

I Loved All the Decor, a fall Christmas tree! The Stained Glass was Beautiful, the coffee/tea bar was handy. The feeling of stepping back in time with modern conveniences. The bedding and pillows were so Comfy! The owners were super friendly. Our Breakfast was Wonderful! We were there to celebrate my Sister’s 80th Birthday and it was Perfect! Highly Recommend it!

The wife and I went to Jefferson, TX for the weekend and stayed at The Benefield house. Tommy and Nicole have done a wonderful job of renovating the property! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the mornings were amazing !!! Tommy also doubles as a tour guide which is highly recommended. Maybe our favorite Bed & Breakfast ever?!?!?

Tommy and Nicole are lovely people and they provide a beautiful respite for escaping the hustle bustle of life. Nicole is an excellent chef and we had the best breakfast I remember having made fresh every morning. Jefferson is a gem of a town and the Benefield is a truly remarkable historical property restored to perfection!
