First room i got the shower floor was never clean was dirty and there was hair all over it went to the front desk and they acted like i was lying to her, she gave me another room and the toilet wasn’t working had to wait until the next day in the afternoon for them to fix the it next day same thing happened with the toilet we had to go downstairs to use the toilet they never apologized and the only thing they did was offered to switch rooms once again!!

Fabulous Mother's Day weekend stay!!!

What a great stay! The rooms are roomy. The beds were extremely comfortable. Clean bathroom. Plenty of room. Ample space to hang up clothing. Welcoming staff!!! Breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel and I plan to stay there with my family the next time I am in town.

Excellent base in New Jersey offering a free shuttle bus ride to the station on request and it's then a simple $10 per person return ride by train into Manhattan that only takes around 8-10 minutes from there. American Dream and MetLife are close by both of which are accessible by the free shuttle bus service so in terms of access and convenience the hotel is excellent. The property itself is slightly dated and there is a little noise from the surrounding roads but when you put it's excellent staff and location into the equation you get everything from this hotel as a traveller that you need and those two slight negatives really don't matter. Breakfast was a little limited but there were no concerns as to the great quality of the food. I would however have liked to have seen some bacon offered with the sausages and egg already available but again this is from my perspective and this won't and shouldn't matter to most. We will probably be going via New York to LA next year and depending on the rates due to the FIFA world cup taking place in the US at that time it is our intent to stay here again because on the things you need in a stay, this hotel does a fantastic job of delivering well.

I was very disappointed in this hotel.... the room i was put into was next to a room that was under construction, I could hear the noise of the men working on the room. The ice machine on my floor did not work so I was told to go the third floor for ice. The water in my shower was not hot only warm.

Heavy remodel construction during my stay on my entire floor. They should separate remodel floors vs customers staying on same floors as heavy construction including tile removal jacks at 8am in morning directly next to my room was frustrating.
