The curtains in our room were broken and continuously blocked the 80% of natural light and the view. I reported this issue to the front desk on three separate occasions over the three days of my stay. Each time, the staff pretended to address the complaint but ultimately ignored it. No effective repair was ever made. The lack of care and follow-through from the front desk was deeply disappointing and is a very rare and negative experience in the hospitality industry.

its the best hotel in the area to go to Met Life for a concert. All other hotels around the area are old and run down. This one was brand new, and they had a shuttle service to Met Life.

Hotel has done some renovations, but there are still upgrades that need to occur. The walls are thin (and I travel with earplugs) and regular upkeep could be better. Decent for one night, but likely wouldn't stay again.

The room was nice and clean. They need to change the carpet on the hallways. Breakfast was average. The staff was very nice.

The hotel looked clean, but there was a very strong smell of sewage in our room. At first, we thought it was coming from the bathroom, but then we noticed the same smell in the hallway as well. Our room was also close to the street, so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The breakfast was a plus. We only stayed one night, but with that smell, we definitely wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.
