We had room only. Definitely not Marriott standard. Multiple issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and had to be forced shut, mentioned to manager who said a repair person would come up to repair (nobody came). We had cold water in the shower on the first day, the jets were extremely powerful. Again complained, the water situation rectified but the jets remained extremely powerful. The shower cubicle was rusty. The carpet had a really bad odour. There were items left in a drawer from previous occupants. The room was not cleaned on 2 consecutive days. I was asked to complain to the director who was very unhelpful.
