Achei o check-in bem chatinho de fazer. O chuveiro não aquecia. Nos mudaram para outro quarto e apesar do chuveiro aquecer, ele espalhava água para todos os lados, está precisando de manutenção.

O quarto em si não é ruim, mas a cama e os travesseiros são de qualidade baixa, no anúncio te vendem hospedagem com estacionamento grátis e na verdade não tem vaga nem na garagem e nem em frente ao prédio tive que parar o carro na rua e bem afastado pois na região não tem vaga nem estacionamento rotativo que pudesse guardar.

Começou ruim quando tivemos q esperar mais de 30 minutos do horário do check in. Fiz reserva p 2 adultos e uma criança, mas, nao tinha toalhas nem lençol suficiente p todos. No espaço da piscina, diversas pessoas com música altíssima, apesar de ser proibido. Os recepcionistas muito atenciosos, porém, não podiam fazer nada.
