Not well maintained. Outside stairway area very rugged looking. A shopping cart ledt by the stairway.A hole in the inside hallway carpet. In the room the door was dirty and the do not disturb hanger was dirty. But the room was comfortable and quiet and the price was right.

Property was on par for price range. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast was 1 star (very sad). Did not use workout room. Outside pool was in disrepair and has been for years. It was that obvious. Obvious signs of neglect throughout. I had higher hopes for a Wyndham associated property. Asian restaurant on the property was permanently closed. I got what I paid for. That's it. Property was convenient to good shopping and restaurants.

The front of the hotel looked very nice. The rest looked run down. The rooms were okay. However, they were very dusty. It's possible the rooms hadn't been used in a while. The breakfast was okay. And the breakfast area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price this hotel was okay for a night.

Ok listen. This hotel was an experience. I'm not gonna sugar coat it. This Hotel is going through a rough time. The pool was under renovation some rooms smelled like sweat, and smoke, but the room I stayed in wasn't horrible. The A/C kept the room cold, and the beds were comfortable. Let's face the music though this sweet little hotel has fallen on hard times. It doesn't have the traffic to help it get where it needs to be, or enough help to maintain a pristine condition, however, the heart is there. I was looking for a ridiculously cheap hotel just to stay a couple nights and this one worked perfectly. I didn't need a lot of amenities, or a huge crowd of people to be there when i was, and this hotel delivered. The staff were all friendly and willing to help with any and all problems. So if you're looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights that is in the perfect spot to travel to anywhere in Johnson City, this is the perfect hotel. 😀

Classical rat house where (if you lucky enough) you may be can find one single working power outlet in your room. And don't even think you'll ha a working ac unit or clean carpet. But noisy mini fridge and night table without any single drawer - that's exactly what you should expect booking this 'hotel'.

Wonderful staff who have been more than kind to me and my family during a hard time. Good breakfast. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Tons of counter space in bathroom. Little to no disturbances or shady people. All around an awesome place for a great price.

To start with they couldn’t figure out our reservation. It took them 30 minutes to check us in. On the way up to the room to drop our stuff off in the room before we head to the race we seen cigarette butts laying all up and down our hallway. The whole hotel stunk like cigarettes and body funk. That they tried to cover up with Fabulosa, which only made it worse. We dropped our bags in the room and ran right back out to head to the races. When we got back at night after the race there was someone drunk laying in our hallway still drinking. When we get into the room, we wasn’t in there much more than five minutes when we realized the room has bedbugs. We went downstairs to request a refund and checked out and the staff was not helpful at all. He just wanted to put us in another room which I’m sure would probably still have bedbugs. I had to contact Expedia to get them involved in getting us checked out in a refund. Thank goodness Expedia is extremely helpful and done everything they could to get us checked out and got a refund in the process. I would never recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

No hot water. Dirty tub, broken faucets in bathroom. Room number was missing..someone wrote it on the wall with a pencil after this was discovered. The lobby had such a strong cleani g solution odor I had to go outside. Normally not bothered by such. For the price..it was not worth it. Maybe 1/2 of the price we paid. AND that price doubled the next night because of the races. Gouging at its best. And I know it's the way of the world. I will not stay here again. Nor will I recommend it.
