The cabin and property was magical! The description of the property gave us the impression that you could walk on a trail from the property to Dog Head Falls, which was not the case. It is less than a 10 minute drive, and totally worth it, but we were a little disappointed we could not walk there from the property.
Lovely modern tiny house tucked close to a pristine river, not far from lots of scenic hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, and shopping. We stayed a week and loved it.
Tyler was helpful and the little house was nice. Be aware that the hot tub is SHARED, the deck for unit 2 is the only deck not accessible directly from the house and the advertised fireplace is disconnected except in the winter/snow. It was 36° and rainy when we stayed and we couldnât warm the place with the fireplace. Tyler said the heater should be enough, it was not. Although the house was nice it appeared to be poorly constructed with large gaps around the outlets and wires showing. The on demand hot water required frequent, extended periods of ice cold water in between the bursts of hot water. Iâve never used an on demand hot water system so this may be typical. Overall itâs fine for a private place to stay, just not exceptional.
We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and up to date with all of the amenities you could want.
Tyler communicates very well with all of the details and is available if you have any questions. Super-host!!!
