Staff were courteous, however breakfast was fairly drab, offered limited healthy choices and the hot drinks were lukewarm. The room door was stiff and difficult to open, the coffee machine tripped the electrics and was therefore unusable, and outside noise through the night disrupted sleep.

We stayed only one night. The room floor was tile and not swept so it felt gritty to our bare feet. Saturday morning 8:00 a construction crew began hammering on the walls outside our room and that was our wakeup call I guess! We got a king bed room and there was no dresser for our clothes!! I will say the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were thin as tissue paper. Also we paid thru Hotel.com but when we got there they said we did not pay yet so we had to pay again!!! When we got home we checked and yes the payment to Hotel.com was out of our bank acct so we tried to contact the Sleep Inn for a refund and they said "Well Hotel.com is showing your reservation but they did not pay us yet so that is why we charged you." (not my problem, right?) after a few days on numerous phone calls they decided to refund us our nights stay. BUT when we checked our bank account they charged us again! after 3 more days of waiting for a call back after leaving messages, it was finally all refunded. Took a week to get our money $215+ back into our acct! NEVER AGAIN!

The room was very clean and had a nice kitchenette. The room had undergone some upgrades but was still a little rough around the edges ie click flooring separating in the middle of the floor, old yellowed plate covers, a cracked glass in the window, & some rough walls. The parking lot is well lit and I saw an onsite security officer in the lobby when we returned for the evening. The location is convenient to shopping/restaurants/expressway access. The hotel was under renovations and they were installing new carpet in the hall just outside our door first thing in the morning. It was clean and safe which made it a good stay.

First night a couple of hours later woke up to bites on my arms. I turned on my phone light to see if there was bed bugs but while doing that I found hair all throughout the bed. They moved me to the first floor and the refrigerator was making an annoying noise all night. Now come Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. I wake up to hammers, drill, and ripping of the walls right outside. I am coming from L.A. so I am already trying to catch up on timing for sleep so losing sleep while I am here for film work is really taking a toll on me especially since I got sick not use to the cold weather here so I am not able to sleep already. They never informed us that they were doing construction or I would have left immediately. What's worse they won't do what's right to give me a refund or partial.

The service is wonderful. Front desk staff was cheery and happy and very helpful. The condition of the property is poor. They painted over door hardware, there are sliders for the bathroom door rather than real doors, bathroom hooks come off walls, paint is sloppy. Location is good, sheets are clean. Overall it’s a decent place to stay.

The heating/air conditioning unit was so loud that you couldn’t have it on. Sounded like something was broken. Huge chunks of paint were pealing on the bathroom ceiling. Bed was very “bouncy” like the springs were worn out. Clean but not worth the price they charge.

This hotel was under construction renovation and everything is a mess, the smell of paint in the aisles enter in the room , also my door is defected and I can’t get in there for 45 min, I prayed for another room on reception at 10 pm because mine was and repair.

I was greeted by the young front desk gentleman who seemed eager to be helpful and engaging, even answering my question about a local legend of a statue of a dog in the nearby area. My room was spacious and clean and comfortable but the floor seemed worn and had some damage but again the desk agent told me he would note it. My room also had a full size refrigerator. The ice machine was on the 3rd floor but had an out of order sign on it. It seemed like the third floor was being updated too. The breakfast area was spacious and clean too. It is a nice place to stay. TV gave plenty of choice for viewing too.

The floors in the room had broken areas which are dangerous. The toilet did not work well and no maintenance person ever came even after reported. There was a constant hum in the room. The staff was friendly for the most part. The breakfast left a little to be desired.
