Cute rooms and comfortable stay!

Parking is always super friendly. I have been able to message staff easily and have always gotten a fast response. This time there were a few small things that needed attention but the room was cute and in good condition.

I absolutely love staying here and anytime I come to the area this is the spot I stay! The owner is a sweet heart; I have put in requests (I’m disabled) and she had met them if she had the power to! There was a time of a family emergency and I had to bring my niece and nephew with me while my sister was in the hospital; she was understanding and supportive! If I could I’d give 10/10!

Parking was great! I loved loading and unloading my can 3 feet form my door/ room! Loved this little house/ Inn ! It was perfect for our stay. I liked that they offered a hand pump for had soap in addition to the one time use mini bar of soap, so much easier to use and less waste! We slept well in the cozy bed, and check in and out was a breeze. Price point was very reasonable and just what we were looking for.

Perfect Little Gem!

Parking was great and right next to the unit. The property and cottages are clean and maintained. The room was cute, cozy and well furnished. There is a diner style restaurant next door. Gas stations food and a few other stores are just down the road. I was looking for something different for a small stay and glad I found this little gem. Will be staying here again!

We were coming through Joplin in the evening and found this listing. So happy that we chose to go with it. We picked a cozy room for 2. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was the perfect softness. We were driving from Texas to Illinois, and have to stop halfway nowadays. We look forward to stopping in the next time we come back through.

Uncomfortable

Totally worn out mattress that sinks into the abyss in the center in unit #10. Couldn’t sleep most of night. Check in did not go smoothly.

This property is aging, not entirely gracefully. But the bed and linens are superb. There are not lots of options nearby for breakfast. This isn't the easiest room to navigate if you are at all mobility impaired.

We got there and didn’t know where to check-in. They “up graded” us to the room behind the office so there was other locked doors in the room. And there was no staff on site. We stayed 2 nights but only had towels for one night. The decor and cleanliness was great but that was it, besides the broke down recliner.

Adorable little cottage perfect for 1-2. I was traveling alone (44, f) and felt safe and comfortable. Very clean and impeccably updated and decorated. Would stay again if I’m ever in Joplin.
