This Cute Farmhouse is nestled 5 minutes away from Main Street in Julian. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The upstairs master bedroom is suited with a queen mattress. The 2 bedrooms downstairs have a queen and 3 singles mattresses. Along side there is two living rooms, one on the bottom floor and one on the top. The property is gated and there is plenty of space for the kids to play. There is an outside deck to sit and relax the fresh air of Julian.

The house is beautifully located in the mountains, making it very quiet, peaceful, and safe. The room was spacious, very clean, and filled with natural light. Everything was well maintained and comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Girls 2025 Trip

We all loved our stay at “The White Barn.” The layout was perfect for our group of adults. Plenty of different spaces to gather, chat, play games and relax. Plenty of natural light in every space. The turkeys gobbling next door was a plus! We will definitely be back!

Great house for a visit to Julian. It was very clean, updated, and had all the basics in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for spreading out. I really appreciated the minimal check-out requirements and easy communication. We would stay here again.

Soul lifting getaway

We had the most wonderful time in Julian and this house felt like an extension of home. Everything is well thought out, comfortable, clean and perfect for all ages. Our kids loved the swing and exploring the property. The adults loved sinking into the world’s most comfy couches and relaxing. Super convenient to town and activities, too! We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this property so cute and perfect. Wanted to take my mom for lunch in Julian as a getaway my Dad just passed away 3 weeks ago. Was perfect in every way and Taylor was very accommodating. Loved how the downstairs has its own living area and upstairs is the main room. Would definitely go back one day wasn’t enough.

Quick trip with the fam!

We came to town for a family wedding and were super impressed with the property. The listing photos are great but really don't capture the true charm of this place. We got turned around a few times trying to find it but once we did it was easy. The finishes are top notch and the kitchen is fully outfitted with spices and what not. We can't wait to come back and spend more time exploring!

Thank you for allowing us to use your property. We truly enjoyed it. Very comfortable and homey. My only minor issue was the grounds outside. Tall grass and weeds covered the yard. It was pretty much unusable.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood. The owners were very commutative and the property was just as described on the website. We would totally stay there again if we visit Julian in the future. My only small criticisms are there were no ice trays, water filter, or soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Besides that everything was perfect and it’s a beautiful and cozy house.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving to The White Barn. It's beautiful, parking is great, very clean and a close drive to Julian. The property managers are easy to reach and very friendly as well. There are stairs in the house with the kitchen and main living room upstairs rather than on the first level. Just in case you have an elderly person with you. It wasn't an issue for us since there is a living room area downstairs as well and we didn't need the kitchen. The house is beautiful. Lots of windows and outdoor areas. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was really a great place to say except OK it was clear that either it wasn’t cleaned at all or not very well before we came. There was leftover dog food on the living room, floor, hair and crumbs and one of the rooms and a leftover sandwich in the fridge.
