Great Staff!!

The staff was really great. I arrived early and they secured my bag while I went to get food. Then they called to let me know a room was ready early for no charge. The greatest thing was that the maintenance guy built me a little box for some plants that I needed to bring on a flight to a nearby town! Above and beyond all around.

This place is not as advertised. The facility is run down and filthy. Broken down cars blown out tires, worker laying on the couch with no shoes or socks on. This property should not be advertised to stay in, in Anchorage.

A bit frustrating

I called for a ride from the airport. They said they were on there way but no one came. I happened to be the last patron at the airport and a nice taxi driver came to my rescue. The hotel was nice but the room temperature was way too hot other than those things it was a nice place. Check in and out was smooth. The staff were nice and friendly.

The staff worked hard to make my stay tolerable. I was upgraded but the fourth floor room was too warm and only a window to cool it down. No restaurant on site, and poor options nearby. No morning breakfast.
