Owner was pleasant, friendly & courteous, however the rooms need updating, in the room I was allocated the entrance door was buckled like someone had tried to kick in the door & let in a cold draft all night, the cold draft coming through the entrance door was so bad that I had to roll up newspaper pages to jam onto the door frame to stop the cold draft

My only issue was with the shower. There was no indication as to which was the hot and which was the cold one. That is ok for an adult, but a child could hurt themselves

At many motels i stay at when there is either very cold or hot weather, the motel pre-runs the split system to condition the room. In this case, i could even get the heating to work and had to call the receptionist to come to thecroom twice to get it working...

Spacious rooms with all the usual motel facilities. Set well back from the main road so no problems with traffic noise. On-site restaurant is useful as they are happy to deliver orders to your unit. Units include a table for 2 people and adequate crockery and cutlery.
