Wonderful Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kahana Sunset! The view from A2 was amazing and the sunsets will be forever etched in my mind. Plenty of room and nicely kept up grounds as well. Great communication as well during the trip. Definitely worth another trip!

We’ve stayed at Kahana Sunset numerous times, and always wanted to stay in the A Building. Great to have the AC option, and room to gather over the surf and under the stars.

Family Fun

We had 11 of us in 3 condos! Four grandkids under 5 years old. The grounds were perfect for them, a great pool, small beach, grassy area to run around and a covered patio with tables near awesome grills that we ate at as a family 3/4 of the time. The view was great, we were able to watch sea turtles feed at the rock right off the patio. We will definitely be back!

Maui 2025

This condo is comfortable, convenient and had everything we needed. We loved the access to the water, the shade trees and the pool access. It was quiet and was not packed. It has a private swim area which was a real treat. The deck's overlook the stunning water, and we had many sea turtle and whale sitings. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

Beautiful beach, quiet location, well maintained property and good snorkeling right out the door. You can't ask for a better location. The condo has everything you could need and the air conditioning was a plus! Highly recommend staying here. The hardest part will be leaving.

Location

This unit is a bit older so there is some wear and tear. The host does a good job at keeping it as nice as possible. It has the three most important items for real estate; location, location, location. Fantastic views of ocean, shoreline and sunset. Convenient access to restaurants. Green turtle and humpback whale sitings almost every day (we were there in mid-March).

Another Great Kahana Sunset Experience

It's hard to have a bad time when staying at Kahana Sunset and our stay in A2 was no exception. Like most the other condos in the complex, the accommodations were not fancy by any means but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay in addition to a killer view of the ocean. Period. If you don't want to pay a little extra for the view, rent another place, but if you value a great view, then this is the place for you. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!!!

It was very nice place. It lacked a lot of extras. Noticing for the beach. We bought chairs and left them at the property. Kitchen was not well stocked with every day items. No laundry basket. The front desk was able to provide one for us. Need new screens on the guest bedroom and front door. Was repaired same day. The window in the guest bedroom did not close all the way. Geckos 🩎 kept coming in the room. Main bedroom shower door never did close all the way. Was off the track. We will be back but will not rent that condo again. Thank you

Great stay at Kahana Sunset

We had an early family Christmas here with 2 units and 8 family members staying in A building. Our condo was nicely equipped and furnished and we, of course, love Kahana Sunset. Just a lovely site with very helpful and friendly staff. All of our questions and needs were promptly handled by the iTrip staff.

Perfect Sunset/Ocean View

Wonderful views of the ocean and sunset and great location in Maui. it was wonderful to sit on the patio and hear the ocean waves!!. The place was clean and in great condition. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful coastal area.

We rented in building A, right on the ocean. It was absolutely beautiful! The condo has everything you could need. Coffee carafe had a leak but the staff was fast at getting a replacement. The whole Maui experience was amazing. There are local shops and eateries close by. Definitely recommend to rent here on your trip to Maui.

Amazing spot!

I’m always a little wary when it comes to VRBOs because a great photographer can make any place look good. This place did not disappoint. We were in the A2 and it was such an amazing place! The condo was clean, has two balconies, and everything we needed to have the most perfect stay. The beach on the property was smaller than a lot of the other beaches, but it was fantastic. It was never crowded, you could go snorkeling with ease or just lounge about it the ocean. We will 100% try to book this spot again when we go back.

Gorgeous View, Lovely Property

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Kahana Sunset. It was fun for me to return to the property that my family stayed at when I was a teenager! This unit boasts the best view! We thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling and seeing the green turtles right from our beach
 and storm watching when the weather gave us quite a show. The property is clean with classic Hawaiian decor with has adequate space to cook and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely property!

The individuals we worked with were amazing. They were very responsive to any inquiry. We also decided that we wanted to stay and extra two nights at Kahana Sunset in the upgraded A complex and they worked hard to find a Unit that would allow us to stay the extra nights. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent all around

The unit we stayed in was incredible ! Possibly the best in the resort based on its proximity to the ocean and the unobstructed views! We came back each night so we could watch the sunset with a perfect front row view. iTrip was excellent with communication and accommodations and the resort grounds were beautiful, the condo was well stocked and set up to enjoy Maui to the fullest ! All around, just fantastic!
